2Classified Listings & Content Standards

Sellers are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. By posting an advertisement, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or hold valid legal rights to sell or transfer the offered merchandise, property, vehicle, or service.
• Your ad does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or privacy rights.
• You will not list prohibited goods, including but not limited to: illegal narcotics, prescription medications, firearms, explosives, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit items, stolen goods, forged documents, human remains, or pyramid schemes.
• The price, specifications, condition, and location stated in your listing are accurate and not misleading.

GTP reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, take down, or archive any advertisement that violates these standards or local laws.

3Buyer Due Diligence & In-Person Safety

Buyers must exercise customary prudence when responding to advertisements. GTP does not physically inspect, verify, test, or warrant the condition, quality, safety, or legality of any item advertised on the Platform.

When transacting in person, buyers and sellers are strongly urged to meet in well-lit, public locations (such as bank lobbies, shopping centers, or police station safe-exchange zones), inspect goods thoroughly prior to tendering payment, and never wire untraceable funds to unknown remote parties.

4Communication Relay & Seller Privacy

To protect merchants from unsolicited spam, scraping, and phishing attacks, Global TradePedia routes buyer communications through a server-mediated message relay. The seller’s personal email address is never published in open directory feeds. Direct phone disclosure, where enabled by the seller, requires verified user interaction and is subject to automated rate limiting and abuse detection.

5Affiliate Marketing Program

Global TradePedia offers an optional affiliate program enabling participants to earn promotional referral rewards on verified platform subscriptions and listing boost services.

• Marketing Rewards Only: Referral commissions represent discretionary marketing incentives, not bank deposits or debt securities.
• Attribution: Inbound referrals are tracked via a 30-day first-touch attribution cookie (gtp_ref). Self-referrals and circular referral loops are strictly prohibited.
• Settlement Hold: All commission earnings are subject to a mandatory 14-day dispute and chargeback clearing hold (PENDING_SETTLEMENT) before becoming payable.
• Withdrawal Threshold: Affiliates may request payout once their payable balance reaches the minimum threshold of $100.00 USD (equivalent in BEP-20 USDT).
• Wallet Security Cooling-Off: Updating a payout wallet address triggers a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off security hold before new withdrawal requests can be approved.
• Clawback: If an underlying customer purchase is refunded, charged back, or determined fraudulent, the associated commission is voided immediately.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global TradePedia, its operators, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury arising out of or in connection with:

• Transactions, interactions, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any classified listing.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications or account data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
